English courses
Deposit: Full fees, up to £500, is payable on enrolment
Balance: Payable at least 4 weeks before start of a course. Balance = total fees - deposit
Foreign language courses
Payment is due at least 7 days before attending a course or term. Course fees are non-transferable.

Registration fees are non-refundable.
English courses
Prior to start of course: All fees are non-refundable for courses which are cancelled less than 28 days prior to the course start date. Students are advised to take out insurance.
During the course: In the event of exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of the Director, a partial refund may be provided (never in cash) if a student is required to leave early. At least one week’s notice is required.
Foreign language courses
No refunds will be provided once a course or term has started.
English courses
Visa and passport applications are the sole responsibility of each student.

Punctuality and regular attendance is expected of all students. Language Within reserves the right to exclude or suspend students if their attendance is not satisfactory, or for reasons of misconduct. No refund will be given is such cases.
English courses
Visa nationals who do not attend classes regularly will be reported to the Immigration Authorities. Any costs borne as a result of exclusion or suspension are the responsibility of the student concerned. A charge may also be levied against the offending student for any damaged caused by them. Appeals may be made in writing to the Director.
Foreign language courses
Punctuality and regular attendance is expected.

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow students, as well as staff, while studying at Language Within.

Language Within does not currently offer accommodation services.

Language Within does not accept any responsibility for the loss of or damage to any personal items, including money not in its care.

The school must be notified of any absences due to illness. In the case of suspected or known cases of infectious diseases, students are required to inform the school immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

The school will be closed for approximately 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year, as well as the Easter weekend (Good Friday to Easter Monday).

Booking enquiries can be made in person, by phone, or via email, stating your full name and the course you would like to register for. Enrolment can be done via email, in person or over the phone, however some documents may be needed to complete course registration.
